“Lady’s” watches are small, boring, quartz, and usually pink, pale blue, some other pastel colour. “Men’s” watches are sporty, elegant, exciting and lots of great colours, and more legible. The only thing limiting me wearing them is size when they go over 40mm diameter.

My Casio GW-M5610-1ER with a NATO strap is the watch I would choose foe the zombie apocalypse. No question. Less than £100 including the new strap and converter. Four years old and hasn't skipped a beat. Worn every day and still looks new.

Just waiting for my Pepsi bezel version to arrive. Paid $280AUD or $187USD from Wallace Bishop in their EOFY sale. I know full well it’ll be a fun occasional wear in my collection 😊

I bought the same 35mm watch a few days ago and definitely agree that the 35mm is the one to get. I wasn’t sure if I would regret the purchase since I understand all the negative comments. I have owned many watches both cheaper and much more expensive than the PRX, but this is now one of my favourite watches ever!

Thanks for the excellent review Jodi! I think I'm totally with you on this one. For me, I plan on satisfying my TV watch craving by purchasing a Brew Metric Retro at some point in the near future. It's only slightly more expensive than this one, has a similar vibe, but is less "on the nose".

Looking at the conventional dial variants, the black dial is stunning. The black day wheel blends in beautifully.

I did respond and don't care as I have smaller wrists and don't mind who it is marketed to but rather if it will fit me and I enjoy the design.

I find my tastes have shrunk a bit over the years. I used to basically only wear 40-43mm divers, but over the last few years, a 35mm PRX, a 33 (or whatever)mm F91 and a 36mm Baltany Dirty Dozen have gotten a ton of wrist time. Granted I'll still rock a bigger watch from time to time (right now is a GWM5610 square G), but I have begun gravitating to smaller/lighter/less showy.

You should check out Marcello C, Epos, and Grovana dive watches. Excellent value for the money
